1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged during delivery.

• You receive the wrong product.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and the original invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or damaged products caused by the customer.

• Products returned without original packaging.

• Customized or personalized products.

• Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

For returns due to any other reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated according to this Return & Refund Policy.
