Cancellation policy

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before the order is shipped, the full payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.

4. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Cancellation requests may not be accepted in the following cases:

• The product has been delivered.

• The product is customized or made to order.

• The cancellation request does not meet our policy requirements.

5. Changes to Orders
